I build instruments for looking closely at living systems. In practice that means designing the circuit, writing the firmware and — when the signal demands it — the software that climbs from the board up to the decision. The last few years have been low-noise amplifiers, electrodes, and the stubborn work of turning raw signal into something a researcher can trust.

I work for myself, picking problems by curiosity and consequence — not by grant cycle or hype cycle. What doesn't become a product becomes an open tool: almost everything I build lives on GitHub, with schematics, firmware and measurement notebooks included. I prefer it that way — code without context lies.

This site is my public notebook. I write about what works, what burns, and what I'd do differently — in Portuguese, sometimes in English. If something here is useful to your project, write me.
